This risotto with porcini mushrooms, from the Italian culinary tradition, is ready to use. Composed of high quality Carnaroli rice, its seasoning is also very well proportioned.

Carnaroli rice (90%), vegetable extracts *, ceps * (3%), onion *, garlic *, parsley * (dehydrated products).
In a large skillet, heat gently two tablespoons of olive oil. Then pour the preparation. When the rice becomes translucent, add a glass of dry white wine (or chicken broth) and allow to evaporate. Then add broth to cover the rice. Wait for total evaporation before renewing the stage until the rice becomes creamy. Add salt, pepper and parmesan to your taste before serving.
