During the 20th century, our mill located in Maure-de-Bretagne in Ille-et-Vilaine (35), specializes in the manufacture of buckwheat flour.

At the beginning of the activity the supplies are mainly Breton. The rapid growth in sales has led the company to geographically expand its provenances of buckwheat through highly controlled channels. Part of the production, however, remains 100% Breton with buckwheat flour tradition of Brittany.

In the 70s, faced with the development of large retailers, the family owner of the mill curve decided to generalize the sale of buckwheat flour in packages of 1 kg by creating the mark Treblec.

Our brand is, to this day, the undisputed leader of its market.
