Rosemary and white chocolate…
The range of “aperitif chocolates” includes mustard seed, coriander, fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves coated with chocolate: white chocolate with fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves, milk chocolate (32% cocoa) with coriander and dark chocolate (73%cocoa) with mustard. These chocolates can be served as an aperitif before dinner, or used for cooking.
White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring). rosemary 2%, colour : chlorophyllin, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac, glucose syrup).
