Olio al Tartufo Bianco (white truffle oil) is a wonderful all-natural white truffle infusion using Italian olive oil from Umbria infused with white truffles, also from Umbria. Its flavor is reminiscent of garlic with earthy notes. Use its as a finishing oil by drizzling a few drops onto eggs, pasta, pizza, risotto, potatoes, polenta, meats and fish. Adds truffle aroma and flavor to marinades and salad dressing.
