This prized recipe was handed to me by my cousin Nandita. It is made with 12 dry roasted organic ingredients. This masala will make any dish you prepare mouth watering. Very subtle combination of spices and the most in demand spice blend. Add to foods for very picky eaters, they will love what you serve them.

All dry roasted ingredients, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic pepper, organic cumin, organic cardamom, organic mustard, organic star anise, organic bay leaf, organic fennel, organic turmeric, organic coriander, organic ajwain
Marinade/ Rub for meat or vegetables; 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp ginger/ garlic, salt. Mix with 2 tbsp olive oil. Bake or BBQ
Add 1 teaspoon Garam Masala to 1/2 C plain yogurt. Use as dips, marinades, salad dressings or add to food to enhance flavour. Add salt to taste.
